Mentorship & Professional Growth

At CTS, we are committed to supporting new graduates and developing therapists through a structured, supportive Mentoring Program. Our program combines hands-on training and individualized guidance to help clinicians grow with confidence.

Graduate Student Internships

CTS welcomes graduate students seeking meaningful, hands-on internship experiences in supportive pediatric outpatient and school based settings. Our internship program offers guided clinical exposure, mentorship from experienced therapists, and opportunities to build confidence working with children, families and other professionals.
