Ru is originally from Long Island, New York and has been working at Children’s Therapy Solutions since 2016! Ru is an integral part of our CTS team serving as "office manager" managing client schedules and supporting her front office team. She loves working at CTS because it gives her the opportunity to help others. When she is not working, Ru enjoys spending time with her two beautiful daughters.

Raquel Almodovar

Raquel has been working at Children’s Therapy Solutions since 2018 and has an extensive experience working in customer service. Raquel is an integral part of our CTS team serving as "office manager" managing client schedules and supporting her front office team. She enjoys working with her passionate team at CTS! Born in Panama, she has lived in many different countries due to her father being in the Military. Raquel is a dedicated parent and she enjoys spending time with her children, and husband. She loves to craft and DIY projects.

Karina Nunez

Referral Specialist

Karina is a Florida native, born and raised in Bradenton. She graduated from Southeast High School and has since always had a passion for helping the people around her, especially in her workplace. At Children’s Therapy Solutions, she helps families as our referral specialist by meeting their scheduling needs, as well as using her bilingual skills to help Spanish-speaking parents better understand their child’s goals and therapy plans. Outside the front desk, Karina enjoys spending time with her children, family and friends, reading, and cooking!

Mia Perez

Senior Revenue Cycle Manager

Mia was born and raised in Colombia and embarked on a journey to pursue the American dream. With a strong financial banking background, she discovered her true passion for making a difference in the healthcare industry. Mia joined Children’s Therapy Solution in early 2016 and since them has been dedicated to her role as a bilingual medical biller. She works hard to provide vital support to those in need while, helping the community. On her time off she likes to spend quality time with her loved ones. And of course Mia loves to drink a nice warm cup of Colombian coffee at any time of the day!

Samantha Lawson

Authorization Specialist

Samantha has been working for CTS as the Authorization Specialist since 2018 and is a native of Buffalo, NY. (GO BILLS!) While not working, Samantha spends time with her son and husband or in the kitchen at Station Sand Key with the United States Coast Guard. She has been a reserve member of the armed forces since 2011 and is a Culinary Specialist Petty Officer.
